Job Description:
Documenting agriculture businesses and operations across the country in a quality/professional way.
Supporting post production of said content
Including: Photo Editing, Video Editing, Social Media Content Creation, File Organization
Working with clients (occasionally) to help their vision come to life.
90% Video, 10% Photo
70% Travel, 30% Remote work (May vary by season) (12-15 days a month travel average)
Qualifications:
Ability to travel frequently
5-7 years of experience in media production
Ability to work 8-12 hours on shoot days
Ability to travel (driving and flying)
Knowledge of UAV (Drones) operation.
Willingness to obtain Part 107 License
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Knowledge of software and principles behind editing a video and understanding the “flow/feel” of an edit.
Valid Driver's License
Ability to think and act critically and independently given present situations.
Passion for agriculture and seeing the industry grow and change for the better.
Pay:
47-53k a year (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time video editor to join our Agriculture focused video team. We are searching for someone with a large amount of experience as well as ability to teach and train the rest of our team on editing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging and professional-quality videos for platforms such as YouTube, social media, and client presentations.
Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with the production team to transform footage into clear, visually appealing narratives that resonate with our audience.
Post-Production: Manage color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and other post-production tasks to enhance video quality.
Content Optimization: Tailor videos for specific platforms and formats, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and trends (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Collaboration: Work closely with videographers, creative directors, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and vision.
Media Organization: Maintain a well-organized library of assets, footage, and project files.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to finalize edits efficiently.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creativity.
4-7 years of experience.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects.
Experience with motion graphics and animations using tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and sound design.
Familiarity with agriculture or rural content is a bonus but not required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
